Apples - Natureseal will maintain colour, texture and shelf life of fresh cut apple slices and dices without compromising taste. Most dessert varieties process well (skin on or off). Natureseal can also be effective on frozen cut apple, providing shelf life after thawing.

Pears -Colour and texture is maintained without the development of translucence and water loss from the fruit tissue. The preferred varieties for processing are Conference and Williams pears.

Mango - Natureseal maintains the texture and freshness of sliced mango.

Pineapples and Melons - NatureSeal helps to reduce purge, water loss and breakdown.

Avocado - Natureseal is used on fresh prepared and halved avocado to reduce browning and maintain texture. Natureseal can also be effective on frozen avocado, providing shelf life after thawing. Natureseal will also reduce browning on avocado pulp or guacamole.

Limes - Sliced limes retain green colour, yellowing and browning is controlled.

Stone fruit - Natureseal maintains fresh cut appearance of certain stone fruit including nectarines and plums. Results are variety dependent.
