Xylem International Pty Ltd is based in Queensland and is an importer and distributor of natural cutting-edge food technologies and ingredients. We are committed to ensuring our client companies achieve success in developing products, using our innovative range of products. Xylem is the Australian and New Zealand distributor of the Natureseal Range of goods manufactured by Agricoat (A Mantrose UK company), and the Australian distributor of Chrysanta 99 (Stevia). Natureseal is a range of natural vitamins and mineral blends that inhibit enzymatic browning in fresh-cut fruit and vegetables. Further information is available from the Natureseal website. Xylem and Mantrose Haueser, via their UK wholly owned subsidiary company, Natureseal Agricoat, have worked very closely together in developing the Australian and New Zealand markets over the last 5 years, and through this period have formed a very strong working relationship. In August 2007, Xylem was appointed by DIC International, the exclusive rights to distribute Chrysanta, the worlds first totally natural alternative to sugar, throughout Australia. Chrysanta is a 100% natural sweetener, derived from the Stevia plant, and further purified by DIC, the Japan based manufacturer. Like some of the artificial sweeteners currently on the market, Chrysanta is 300 times sweeter than sugar but unlike these artificial sweeteners, it is totally natural and provides almost zero calories. We are excited to offer the Australian food and beverage industry the opportunity to produce new ‘low sugar’, ‘reduced calories’, ‘low joule’ and 'zero calorie' options.
